Email contact

The email link opens your mail application. This website has no contact form and does not send your message. If you write to me, I receive your address, message, any name you provide and attachments. Sharing this information is voluntary; I need an address to reply.

I use correspondence to respond and discuss collaboration. The legal basis for steps towards a contract is GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For other enquiries it is my legitimate interest in handling correspondence, Article 6(1)(f). Messages are kept until the matter is resolved, and longer only when needed for ongoing collaboration, a legal obligation or establishing and defending claims, for the period relevant to that matter. Contacting me does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

The mailbox uses Google's Gmail. The provider handles email and may process data outside the EEA. See Google's privacy policy. Correspondence is not published on this website.

Hosting and cookies

The website is hosted on Sites / OpenAI. When you visit, the hosting infrastructure receives connection data such as an IP address, requested URL and browser information. It may use logs and cookies needed for security and access. See the OpenAI Europe privacy policy and cookie policy.

The portfolio code includes no analytics, advertising, comments, visitor accounts or optional cookies. It does not write to localStorage or sessionStorage. Fonts and images are served from this website. I do not specify an unverified retention period for infrastructure logs or promise that the provider processes data exclusively in Europe.

Your rights

Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Contact me for correspondence data. For platform data, use OpenAI's privacy portal. You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of UODO: uodo.gov.pl.
